Experiential Marketing Tour


I supervised a mobile marketing tour that promoted ACDelco products and services. The display had more than 
80 appearance days throughout the U.S., and as many as 5,000 guests passed through per exhibition.

Tour Elements:
  • 53-foot trailer with images of ACDelco automotive parts ACDelco NHRA Pro Stock racecar
  • Chevrolet Supercharged Cobalt SS, the grand prize in the ACDelco “Drive to Win” Sweepstakes
  • Three interactive vehicle systems displays demonstrating ACDelco braking, electrical, and ignition systems

My Responsibilities:
  • Supervised the ACDelco Tour on-site manager  
  • Scheduled tour appearances 
  • Implemented the “ACDelco - Kurt Johnson Drive to Win” sweepstakes 
  • Reported tour metrics to the client weekly, including attendance figures and the number of sweepstakes entries
